Without both, you can only save the workflow, not publish it. {% endhint %} The "**Order Form Submission**" trigger will ONLY run whenever a customer submits an order form through a Funnel or website and the type of submission made ( i.e., Bump, Optin, Sale, or Upsell)." **Order Form**" is a form you put on your website or funnel for a checkout experience on a product or service.

### All Filters #### **In Funnel/ Website** The "In Funnel/Website" filter feature enables users to select a specific funnel or website to trigger the workflow when a form is submitted. When a user selects this filter option, the workflow will activate only when a form is submitted through the specified funnel or website.

#### Page Is The "**Page Is**" filter option in this trigger could be used when you want a specific page in your funnel or website to trigger the workflow when a customer fills it. For example, by clicking on the "Registration Form" Page in the "Registration Form" funnel, this workflow will only trigger when a customer fills this specific page.

#### **Product Is** The "**Product Is**" filter option in this trigger could be used when you want a specific product in your funnel or website to trigger the workflow when a customer fills it. For example, choosing the "Black Friday" Product in the "Registration Form" page, this workflow will only trigger when a customer chooses this specific product.

#### **Submission type** The "Submission type" filter consists of four (4) types, and this will help identify what a customer did during the checkout process; * **Optin**: This is when a customer puts their contact information on your website for checkout but doesn't complete the order (like when a cart is abandoned). * **Sale**: It is the main submission type. This is when a customer fills in their contact information on your website for checkout and completes or purchases the order. This is good for a post-purchase nurture campaign where you can send a "thank you" message to the customer for purchasing your product or becoming a member. * **Upsell**: It is an add-on you give your customer for purchasing a particular product or service. * **Bump**: It is also an add-on you give your customer for purchasing a particular product or service. This workflow will trigger when you add a funnel or website you want this workflow to trigger off of and the type of submission. For example, you want this workflow only to trigger when a "**Sale**" type of submission is made in the "**Registration Form"** funnel.
