# Submissions {% embed url="" %} ### Survey Submission Data The Submissions section under Surveys of your CRM allows you to store and organize every submission to a survey. Allocate time here to analyze the data collected, download reports, or deselect any unwanted information. Surveys are quickly becoming an invaluable tool and with the help of this feature you can manage even the most comprehensive online polls. {% hint style="warning" %} NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access all of the components. {% endhint %} **Date Range** To view survey submissions from a certain time frame, click on the date bar on the top right of the page. Here you will have a variety of options to choose from or select a specific date range. Once you’ve selected the date range you would like to view, click on the checkmark button to see your survey submission list refresh.

**Refresh Submission Data** You can refresh the data at any time by clicking on the refresh button next to the date range selector. This will show you the most recent and accurate data in relation to your surveys.

**Select Survey** If you have multiple surveys in your CRM and would like to view submissions for a certain survey, click on the All Survey dropdown and select the survey you would like to view. Once selected, the list will refresh with the submissions from the selected survey.

**Search Bar** You can also search for a specific survey submission by typing the customers name, phone or email address in the search bar. #### **Submission Data** You will see a list of all survey submissions on the left side of the page. When you select a survey submission from the list on the left, you will be able to see all of the submission details on the right-hand side.

**Date Submitted** The date and time the survey was submitted will be listed at the top right corner.

#### **Survey Submission List** Here you will see a list of all submissions for any particular survey, or all if no survey was selected.

**Total Survey Submissions** Here you can see the total number of survey submissions for any selected survey, or all if no survey was selected.

**List Results Per Page** You can change the total amount of submissions shown per page by clicking on the dropdown and selecting the total number you would like to view.

**Individual Survey Submission** Each survey submission will be listed with some basic information front and center, including name, email, and the date submitted. If you want to select an individual survey submission or multiple submissions, you can click the checkboxes on the left side of each submission.

**Download Individual Submission** If you would like to download an individual survey submission, click on the download icon.

**Delete Selected Submissions** You can choose to delete selected survey submissions. If you delete the survey submission, you cannot get that data back. It will be gone forever.

**Download Selected Submissions** You can download all survey submission data in the survey of a .pdf file if you want to send this data to a client or keep it in your computer records.
