Membership Grant Offer

In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it.

By selecting the Membership Grant Offer workflow action, you can give a contact access to a defined membership product.

How to Grant Contact's Offer

To grant a contact access to a membership product, click on the + symbol to add a new workflow action, and choose Membership Grant Offer. Next, select the desired membership offer from the drop-down menu that you want to give contact access to within this specific workflow. Once you’ve selected the offer, make sure to rename your workflow action accordingly and click the Save button in the bottom right.
